Russell Rizor and Heather Nolan, co-founders and managing partners of Rizor and Nolan Advisors, LLC located in Winter Park, Florida, have joined the Insurance Office of America (IOA) Employee Benefits team in Longwood, Florida. Rizor & Nolan Advisors, LLC set their focus on providing employers a level of quality and expertise usually only available to Fortune 500 companies. With individual attention given to each client, Rizor and Nolan Advisors, LLC was able to establish, implement, and administer a comprehensive benefits plan program and processes tailored to suit each client’s particular needs.
With more than 30 years of business experience under his belt, Rizor serves as a benefits consultant specializing in comprehensive employee benefits planning for business entities with complex benefit planning needs. Rizor has his BA in Business Administration and Master of Health Administration from Georgia State University. He also holds the industry designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Rizor, a long time resident of Orlando, currently lives in Winter Park, Florida with his wife, Abigail.
Nolan worked with Rizor as a managing partner of Rizor and Nolan Advisors, LLC for five years before coming to IOA. With expertise in plan design, Nolan analyzes the most complex situations and finds the most efficient ways to manage costs, resulting in competitive and well-designed programs that best fit her clients’, and their employees’, needs. Nolan attended Ohio University, where she obtained a BA in Psychology. In 2000, she relocated to Orlando, Florida where she partnered with Rizor in 2002.
Rizor will be joining IOA as a producer, with Nolan serving as his primary client relationship manager.
