“It’s an honor to make such a prestigious list,” said CEO Heath Ritenour. “While our goal has never been to grow for growth’s sake and we understand the temptation to focus solely on growth and the next deal, at IOA, we strive to get better every single day knowing that, if we do, growth will take care of itself.”

Orlando Business Journal Golden 100 companies are Central Florida’s top privately held firms selected and ranked by total gross revenue for their most recent year-end. For purposes of the award, Central Florida includes Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. In order to qualify for participation in this list, companies must be at least 51 percent privately owned, headquartered, and operated in Central Florida and may not be a subsidiary of another company. For those with private equity partners, the equity company must be headquartered in Central Florida as well.
