Bob brings extensive knowledge to IOA’s growing team as senior vice president of insurance operations, a newly created enterprise role focused on driving operational standardization and efficiency across all locations.
Bob has a successful track record of process design/redesign, capacity planning, performance optimization, and improving profitability. “The IOA team is grateful to have a leader of Bob’s credibility become part of the IOA family. With over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Bob has held such positions as SVP of enterprise operations, SVP of policy processing, and chief operations officer. He earned his MBA from Plymouth State University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of New Hampshire. Bob also holds the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
