Curtis Pancoast
Vice PresidentCurtis Pancoast joined IOA Insurance Services in 2017, specializing as a risk management advisor and insurance broker for the industries of architecture, engineering, and law. Through IOA’s network of industry partners, Curtis has access to the top-tier industry-specialized professional liability insurance programs in the nation and abroad.
Prior to his insurance career, Curtis spent nine years in the U.S. Air Force as a meteorologist. The core values instilled in him in the military are integral to his role as a broker – integrity, service, and excellence.
Curtis serves as vice president of a/e ProNet, an exclusive network of international design specialist brokers and attorneys, assisting its carrier sponsors in adapting to the shifting needs of architects and engineers in the ever-changing insurance marketplace. His role with the organization provides both in person dialogue with underwriters and claims professionals, and an open collaborative forum throughout the year among industry colleagues. Curtis also participates in multiple advisory councils, helping insurers shape their offerings to meet the needs of their insureds.
Curtis earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. He also holds a commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS) designation.
