Paul Carroll

Paul Carroll joined Insurance Office of America in March 2020 as a healthcare strategist, bringing over 20 years of employee benefits experience to the employee benefits services division. Before joining IOA, Paul served as president for The Westek Group, an organization he founded that specializes in the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in finance and business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He holds the life underwriter training council fellow (LUTCF) designation and is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
