LONGWOOD, Fla. (May 3, 2024) – Insurance Office of America is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Quintero to senior vice president of employee benefits operations and center of excellence.

Her experience, industry knowledge, and proven track record make her ideal to lead and guide IOA’s employee benefits division to greater levels of success in the future,” said Chief Operating Officer Bob Peters.

Lisa joined IOA in 2016, bringing exceptional operational skills and deep knowledge of employee benefits to the organization. Over the past eight years, she has been a driving force behind improving IOA’s capabilities and building a stellar reputation with clients and carrier partners. As senior vice president, she will play a crucial role by leading IOA’s center of excellence for employee benefits and supporting all strategic sales initiatives.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from Alliance University in New York.
