Jeff Heet joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in December 2017 as a commercial insurance producer and now serves as managing partner of IOA’s San Diego office. He has remained focused on delivering meaningful impact through comprehensive risk management.

Jeff primarily works with contractors, real estate firms, and manufacturers, serving as a strategic part of their executive teams, just like their CPA or legal counsel. He brings proven, proprietary processes that help identify, prioritize, and manage risk, reduce total cost of risk, improve productivity, and drive profitability. Jeff delivers year-round engagement and measurable results for his clients

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and human resources management from Columbia College. He holds the construction risk insurance specialist (CRIS) designation. Jeff proudly serves on the board of the San Diego Roofing Contractors Association, further deepening his commitment to the industries he supports.
