Jamie Levenshon

Jamie Levenshon joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in August 2022 as a commercial lines producer specializing in commercial property.

Before joining IOA, Jamie worked with Hays Companies of Florida, part of Brown & Brown, where she assisted property developers and owners with their complex risk management programs and insurance coverage. Her extensive background in property management allows her to provide expert guidance for owners and managers of large portfolios, including shopping centers and apartment buildings.

Jamie’s family has a deep history in South Florida dating back to 1963 when her grandmother, Areta Kaufman, founded her first art gallery on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. The first Sotheby’s associate in Miami, Areta pioneered arts and culture in Miami serving on various boards and organizing fundraisers in support of local nonprofits. Jamie’s father, Ira Levenshon, graduated from the University of Miami and spent his career as a prominent commercial real estate developer, building grocery anchored shopping centers as well as hotels throughout the state of Florida.
