Heath joined Insurance Office of America in 1996 and currently holds the Property & Casualty General Lines (2-20) and Health & Life (including variable annuity contracts, 2-15) insurance licenses. He was named Chief Executive Officer of IOA in 2008 and has since helped IOA grow to the 13th largest privately held insurance agency in the country. He firmly believes in serving his clients passionately, meticulously, and resourcefully. He prides himself on being a leader of innovation and different in an industry of sameness. Heath is a member of the Lifework Leadership Orlando Advisory Board, a member of the board of the Seminole County Public Schools Foundation, an elder at Grace Church in Longwood, and he serves as the President of the IOA Foundation. He is also a former member of the Foundation for Seminole State Community College Board of Directors. Heath attended Liberty University where he majored in business administration and played football. Heath’s personal interests include spending time with his family, working out, playing basketball, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. Heath and his wife, Abby, have two children, and they are all active members at Grace Church.
