Dave Johnson joined Insurance Office of America in October 2019 as an employee benefits consultant. Before joining IOA, Dave was co-owner and vice president of Leavitt Group Benefits Services. As a client service leader and sales representative for Sierra Life and Health, he gained critical insight about the interaction of underwriting and risk management as it relates to plan design, rate structuring, and renewal strategies. Armed with this experience, Dave expertly guides clients in the creation, design, and implementation of complex employee benefits strategies.

Dave holds a commercial insurance license for the state of Nevada, and he earned his degree in communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
