Curt Frommelt, PWCA

Vice President

Curt Frommelt joined Insurance Office of America in April of 2019 and has become a leader in the benefits and human capital management (HCM) industry. He intends to simplify and execute on combining benefits, human resources, and compliance services using best in class technology. The process of doing so includes insurance benefit plan design, HR recommendations, client advocates for employees, ERISA compliance and attorney services, technology-based benefit administration, and direct collaboration with him and his team.

Curt understands the importance of building trust with his clients while working to ensure that each business is stable and adequately covered for the long run. He continually focuses on education within the insurance arena to be able to pass that knowledge on to his clients. His mindset is that he won’t start as an expert in each client’s business needs, but also won’t stop until he becomes one.

Curt earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Loras College. He holds a professional work comp advisor (PWCA) designation and Florida 215 and 220 insurance licenses.
