Adrian Palacios joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in August 2017 with substantial insurance industry expertise. As a veteran of the employee benefits sector for more than a decade, Adrian specializes in the niche markets of architects and engineers, manufacturing, PEO, and employee leasing.

Adrian goes above and beyond for his clients by offering consulting services, employee enrollment technology, claims advocacy assistance, and ACA-related regulations and legislation guidance. He looks for new and innovative ways to enhance his clients’ insurance portfolio and coupling that with best-in-class open market options. These steps have allowed Adrian to gain critical insight regarding the interaction of underwriting negotiations and operations relating to plan design, rate structuring, and renewal strategies.

Adrian functions as an advocate for his clients, remaining dedicated to creating innovative benefits programs that maximize both financial performance and access to quality healthcare. Being with IOA offers Adrian a large national presence to maintain all the top carrier relations but with a more intimate client to broker approach. Adrian earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
