LONGWOOD, Fla. (Aug. 14, 2019) – Insurance Office of America announces that it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor from the Orlando Sentinel. The award is based on employee feedback that is gathered through a third-party survey administered by Orlando Sentinel research partner Energage LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

The annual survey is anonymous and measures issues relating to a company’s workplace culture: alignment, connection, effectiveness, engagement and leadership as well as other aspects. This year, employees indicated alignment and connection at the top of their list of priorities. The award is focused on central Florida employers.
