LONGWOOD, Fla. (Feb. 28, 2022) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of three division presidents to lead the next stage of its growth. The division president position is new for IOA, and it is designed to allow the company to elevate the support of its unique structure.

The new division leaders include Danny Anderson, who will serve as president of the Florida division; John Tenuto, who will serve as president of the West Coast division; and Robert Motley, who will serve as president of the East Coast division.

IOA’s sales leadership consists of active producers, which is not typical in the industry. This unique structure allows the organization to foster better carrier and partner engagement while focusing on the client relationship. The new addition to its leadership structure not only bolsters that position but also empowers more team members to lead.

“The appointment of Danny, John, and Rob to IOA’s first-ever division president positions is a validation of their impressive career efforts to this point,” said IOA Chairman & CEO Heath Ritenour. “With their leadership, in conjunction with that of our regional presidents, we have solidified our operational structure and performance while offering additional opportunities for advancement to our growing team.”

The change is part of IOA’s overall organizational objective, which seeks to support a burgeoning sales team while strengthening carrier and partner engagement. Divisions and regions are balanced by size and structure in a way that allows IOA to be nimble as it grows. The newly appointed division presidents will work alongside regional presidents, managing partners, and operations leaders to ensure efficient and transparent communications as well as seek opportunities to elevate team members to superior roles as IOA continues its consistent growth trajectory.
