Justin M. Reese, CSP

Executive Risk Management Consultant

Justin currently serves as an Executive Risk Management Consultant, providing P&C Insurance Risk Management solutions to clients across the Southeast. Prior to joining IOA, Justin was the National Risk Services Lead for HUB International’s Hospitality Practice. Mr. Reese has over 17 years of professional Risk Management, Safety, Health, and Environmental consulting experience.
His work experience includes 6 years with a national insurance carrier and the operation of a private consulting firm for 6 years. Justin also served as the Regional Safety Manager for a national general contractor which provided him with opportunities in the private sector as well as defense contracting. Justin worked overseas in support of the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command at a remote operating garrison providing Risk Management, Safety and Compliance for base infrastructure improvement.
Mr. Reese served as the Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager with BAE Systems in the Integrated Electronics and Warfare Systems Division. In this role he serviced a team of 400 domestic and internationally-based staff, providing Risk Management, emergency preparedness, business continuity, safety training, and regulatory compliance assistance.
Additionally, Justin has extensive experience in hospitality, construction, municipalities, real estate and transportation Risk Management. Justin received his BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and his MBA in Accounting & Finance from Charleston Southern University.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE:

Justin enjoys spending time at home in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Monica, two children, Madison and Justin V (Finn). Justin and his family attend St. Matthews Lutheran in Charleston, where Justin and Monica were married in 2009. Outside of work, you can find Justin teaching BODYPUMP group fitness or spin classes across the Lowcountry. Justin is a connoisseur of wedge salads and is on the search for the perfect wedge. Justin received his BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and his MBA in Accounting & Finance from Charleston Southern University.
