Charity A. Moser joined Insurance Office of America in September 2019. She specializes in the construction and real estate development industries. Charity is a licensed Florida property and casualty and health agent with a specialty in surety. She is a frequent speaker and educator on the topics of managing construction risks and OCIP/CCIPs as well as a wide variety of surety topics.
Before joining IOA, Charity worked with Arthur J. Gallagher, formerly Lutgert Insurance, as a producer and area vice president managing both its surety and construction divisions. Prior to that, she held the position of senior risk manager for WCI Communities, a publicly traded real estate developer, where she was responsible for the risk management, loss prevention, claims, and surety departments. Before WCI, Charity held the position of finance and risk manager for Collier Enterprises, a family-owned and operated real estate developer, where she was responsible for treasury, finance, and risk management.
