  1. Compass™ – Our Risk Management Portal is our client facing intranet portal. It is where we post important documents such as your Insurance Contracts, your Claims and Experience Reports, and your stewardships reports. The portal also allows you to access our risk tools including our new Learning Portal and our Claims Portal. In addition it features an interactive discussion board to post and respond to questions from peer professionals.
  2. LMS – Our learning management system (LMS) allows us to develop custom training tracks for each of your employee’s based on their HR, OSHA, Safety and Wellness needs. We give you complete control of the LMS along with an easy to use import feature to set up your entire organization in one click. We have over 200 titles available and the Learning Portal has robust management and reporting tools. We also have the ability to custom develop training to meet a customer’s specific needs. Our Learning Portal gives you a great ROI by allowing you to conduct meaningful training and compliance. In addition to online training our portal is also a great place to track your live training so you have one central place to warehouse all of your training records.
  3. Claims Portal – IOA has developed a proprietary claims portal which gives you the ability to manage your claims. Our claims reporting and tracking system also allows single entry for your OSHA logs. Our proprietary workflow engine establishes performance standards based on best practices to ensure that everyone is working together to reduce the cost of the claim. We can have our internal claims team monitor the claims to ensure all parties are staying on top of the claim

Certified Workers’ Compensation Claims Coordinator Training Program – IOA has developed a certification program for the workers’ comp claims coordinator to teach an employer’s claims coordinator best practices in handling claims. In addition to the training we also include our forms and handouts to assist your claims management efforts. The training program consists of 4 web-based training programs (Overview of Workers’ Comp, Safety Meetings, Supervisor Training and State Specific Best Practices) and a webinar that will recap the State Specific Best Practices.
  5. Riskscore™– This is an interactive survey that gives us detailed information about your safety culture, claims management, and training and compliance programs. The detailed survey gives us the opportunity to better understand your organizations strengths and weaknesses and gives us the capability to identify the weaknesses and implement a strategy of improvement. The Riskscore™ is essentially our stewardship process that ties together all of our risk management tools.. Think of your own personal credit score. Individuals with higher credit scores get lower interest rates. We feel our Riskscore™ works the same way. By working together to develop a plan to improve your Riskscore™, we can deliver a long-term plan to lower the cost of your insurance program and more importantly substantially reduce the indirect cost of claims.
