As new risks are assumed when performing restoration, IOA has taken a strong hold on providing unique benefits for contractors exposed to mold. Since the creation of IOA’s environmental group in 2005, our team of experienced advocates has continued to underwrite policy and fight the everyday, year-round enemy that can be found not just indoors but outdoors as well.

By implementing preventive measures to combat the risk of mold, our program features commercial general liability (CGL) and contractors pollution liability (CPL) coverage for risks primarily involved in water extraction, emergency response contracting, mold remediation, and other similar categories. For contractors primarily involved in reconstruction and restoration work, we also can consider program coverage, in addition to providing auto and works compensation coverage.

Our Standard Limits

Base limits are $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $1,000,000 policy aggregate. Higher limits and umbrella coverage can be considered

MINIMUM DEDUCTIBLE: Deductibles start at $500 for CGL; CPL; E&O going up to $10,000
