Lauren Wallace is Vice President of Employee Benefits at Insurance Office of America (IOA).  Lauren’s knowledge and experience encompasses Alternate Funding, Fully Insured Contracts, Wellness Solutions and Cost Containment Strategies.

Lauren is proud to have spent her entire professional carrier at IOA since joining in 2003.  Lauren served as Account Executive on the Property and Casualty side of the house before moving to the Employee Benefits division in 2005.  With 10+ years of experience in Employee Benefits she has served in various capacities including sales, marketing, account management and customer service.

Lauren graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Finance.  She volunteers as a little league softball coach and is a proud parent to her miniature dachshund, LaLa.
