| Retirement Feasibility Analysis
When
Insurance Office of America conducts a Retirement Feasibility
Analysis, we take a detailed look at your situation today
and your anticipated needs in the future. Our analysis includes:
Retirement
Capital Needs Analysis
A RCN matches a client’s lifestyle
goals with a year-by-year cash flow report. This financial
roadmap is the first step
towards comprehensive wealth management; it becomes the
benchmark by which
we can then define future goals and design the portfolio
strategies.
Investment Policy Statement
An IPS provides the blueprint of how to build the portfolio
that will fund the RCN. This is an integral piece to the
overall plan. The IPS will outline how much risk the client
is willing
to take to achieve his or her goals. It will also define
the evaluation criteria we set forth in monitoring the
success of the investment
managers within the portfolio.
Tax Capacity Analysis
The TCA is completed to evaluate the tax efficiency of
a client’s
lifestyle. It will outline possible strategies to minimize
the overall tax liability from a short and long term
standpoint.
Independent Objective Portfolio Analysis
This analysis compares an existing portfolio and ranks
each holding based upon performance against its benchmark
and peer
group rankings. The IOPA will also provide alternatives
in each asset class if existing holdings are at unacceptable
levels.
This is designed to work in tandem with the Investment
Policy Statement.
Social Security Income Tax Analysis
This is done for retirees or soon-to-be retirees getting
ready to elect social security. It will analyze
strategies to minimize
the taxes paid on social security earnings.
Asset
Protection Analysis
This service helps to answer the question of how to protect
the investment portfolio from long-term care exposure.
We look at self-funding, traditional long-term care insurance
and asset-based
long-term care funding.
Legacy Solutions Study
The LSS demonstrates to a client how
to maximize control and minimize taxes when it comes to leaving
remaining
assets to
their beneficiaries. It can include charitable
legacy techniques or
simply answer the question of how to leave the
investment portfolio to the children.
Business Transfer
Study
The BTS is a comprehensive study that evaluates several
methods for a business owner who is looking
to retire to sell his or
her business. It will weigh client-driven criteria
such as asset protection
of a cycled sale, minimizing tax liabilities,
and even assistance in finding a buyer. The BTS will also include a Retirement
Feasibility Study.
Insurance Analysis
This service is designed to evaluate and review all insurance
policies held by a client. By comparing a
client’s coverage
with their needs we can identify if any “gaps” exist
and if the existing coverage is cost competitive. |
