Since our beginning on January 1, 1988, Insurance Office of America (IOA) has grown from $0 to projected revenues exceeding $50,000,000 in 2005.


The foundation of our company has been built on writing quality standard commercial lines of Property and Casualty business. As we have grown, we have been fortunate to expand to become a full service agency catering to all forms of insurance, including Workers’ Compensation, Builders Risk, Bonds, Employee Benefits, Risk Management Services, Employee Leasing, Personal Lines, Payroll Solutions, and an array of Value-Added Services. We have also diversified to provide other products and services unrelated to insurance but still contribute to our overall profitability. These subsidiary companies include wsoaonline, Fresh Communications, IOA Properties, Match-Up Promotions, Payroll Office of America, Public Entities of America, Village Fitness, and Village Learning Academy
